This is a real long term job for a competent Developing Team with Similar Previous experience.
DO NOT:
- Send an offer before reading the Attached SRS
- Send a stereotype (copy and paste offer)
- Send an offer if u think it will be out of the budget by more than 25%
- Send an offer if u can't finish the site in maximum 3 months or u don't have resources to.
- Request down payment, the project is staged into phases/milestones.
When Invited:
- Send a single reference site that is as close as possible to attached SRS requirements.
- Send other reference projects showing with their cost and duration
- Send the SRS part in the ITB highlighted with 3 color codes: Green you fully understand / Yellow you understand and need to confirm / Red you don't understand requirement.
- After submission of the above you will be invited to scope conformity meeting where you will go through the ITB and tell us your understanding of each part and relevant work flow (some modules are standard so we just skim, while others we will discuss in depth) and discuss red / Yellow items.
- After the meeting you will send Project Development Schedule
